•    We guarantee you 100% Directory Submission, but whether that submission is finally approved, accepted and listed on the directory is at the sole discretion of the directory administrator or editor and is beyond One Way Text Linking responsibility except for our guaranteed listing programs.
•    Directory Submission, We are offering submissions services only. We will fill up the required form of the various directories only ONCE on your behalf and submit them for approval.
•    The time period for All submissions to directories, as mentioned in the website, DOES NOT create any binding on us. Ideally, the submission process should be completed within the given time period. But a failure to do so, within the specified time period, will not create any charge on us.
•    Regarding our social bookmarking and article writing and submission service, we will bookmark your site or submit your article using only our own user accounts. Creation of dedicated user accounts will require extra setup fees.

•    The “Days” as mentioned refers to working days and does not include weekends and Holidays.
•    We will submit to directories as per Google’s PageRank. If after submission, the PageRank of a directory changes, we will not be held liable by any means.
•    You agree that you are above 18 years Old.
•    You claim and agree to be the owner or an authorized agent acting on behalf of the actual owner and agree to take full responsibility of the information provided to us.

•    You agree not to hold us responsible of any charge if, after our submission is through and the final report has been received by you, the site does not open or changes its functionality or de-lists you later on.

•    You agree that the information provided by you is by no means abusive, pornographic, detrimental or derogatory.
•    Your information can by no means be classified as a “Spam”.
•    While submitting the site, we represent you as your agent and can take any decision on your behalf.
•    We are not responsible for any kind of information provided to the directories. You are solely responsible for the correctness and lawfulness of the information provided.
•    We will not liable and you agree not to create any charge on us, if any charge is brought against your site, jointly or separately, by the directories.

Refunds.

While they may be issued,onewaytextlinking.com will not offer refunds unless under special circumstances. While we will refund you the amount equal to 100% of the purchase price of a front-page campaign that didn’t achieve success or we have not started working on it, we will not generally issue a refund under any other circumstances. If you believe you may be entitled to a refund, or would like some more information about refunds, please contact us through this website.
